The Irish tourism sector is showing no signs of slowing down, following on from a record breaking 2018.
And a report from Irishjobs.ie shows that tourism remains one of Ireland’s strongest performing sectors. Their latest survey showed that hotel and catering vacancies soared 13%, quarter-on-quarter, and by 9% year-on-year.
All of which is very encouraging to anyone considering embarking on a career in tourism and hospitality in Ireland. Career opportunities abound and progression rates are excellent in terms of moving up the career ladder, given the right attitude and work ethic.
